Thursday Night Track Workouts

Zach Barker will coach track workouts throughout the summer at the West Reading Track. Track workouts are every Thursday night starting in June and finishing the last Thursday of August. The goal of these workouts is to work on your speed and prepare you for PR's in the 5k or 10k! Feel free to join us if you'd like to learn some new speed workouts and if you would like to work on your fitness with a group!
*We will not meet the third Thursday of every month due to the Third Thirsty Thursday Race Series at Trooper Thorns*
